]]> The Baltimore Business Journal has released ‘The List’ for Construction and General Contractors this month. Entries on the list are ordered by 2021 Baltimore-area contracting revenue.

This year, Southway is up from #11 to #7- but even more spectacular is that all of the six companies ahead of us are multi-billion dollar companies! Congratulations to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for maintaining their status at the top of the list. Also, when it comes to Baltimore home-based contracting businesses, Whiting-Turner is number #1, and Southway is number #2!

]]> This past Monday, April 4th, there was groundbreaking at one of Southway’s newest projects, the Village at Blenheim Run, a 51-unit affordable housing building located in Havre de Grace, MD.

Representatives from Green Street Housing and TM Associates were at the groundbreaking with local dignitaries, including the Maryland Secretary of Housing Kenneth Holt and Maryland Comptroller and gubernatorial candidate Peter Franchot.
